We miss sports. It’s been tough going without the activities that have given us such great moments, and missing out on our favorite ways to exercise. And it’s strange seeing all these seasons and historic events cancelled for the time being. But life goes on, and we know sports will come back at some point. Until then, we all need to stay home.
But just because we’re stuck at home doesn’t mean we need to stop exercising and training. We all want to be ready to hit the ground running once sports are back in session.
Although it can be difficult to find creative ways to stay active at home, there have been awesome attempts all over the world to inspire athletes to stay active. We’ve been so motivated watching these individuals that we’ve decided to create our own series to help others find new ways to work out and train.
With the help of our partner, CFL All-Star Adam Bighill, we’ll be bringing you expert tips and techniques to help you stay in peak performance while at home. We at Q-Collar Canada recognize the importance of working together as a team to overcome challenges. This is a new challenge that none of us have ever experienced, but we’re excited to work together with athletes to make this time a little easier and push on until we’re all back to the sports we love.
